The 2425 Building offers two spacious parking lots.

One of the major issues surrounding offices is the subject of parking. Many downtown office buildings offer no parking at all and smaller complexes limit employees to parking away from the building. The 2425 Building has ample parking. They offer two large parking lots for tenants, employees and visitors. Parking will never be an issue.

The 2425 Building offers its tenants the choice of two conference rooms. A large room with adjustable lighting grids and A/V capability for large meeting that require special presentation aides or a smaller more intimate meeting room for closing that big deal.

One of the major extras provided as part of the standard lease is housekeeping and maintenance for all offices. Nightly, your office will be vacuumed and cleaned so a neat and tidy environment awaits you each and every morning. Add to that, when you need something fixed, looked at or attended to, our maintenance is 2nd to none in a speedy resolution to those little problems that occur now and then. A buildings reputation is only as good as its ability to keep everything in tip top shape and when things break, to get them fixed as quickly as possible! It’s just that simple!
